Rental Rates

Half day (4 hours)
$100, Deposit - $50.00

1 Day (8 hours) other than wedding
$200, Deposit - $100

1 Day wedding (24 hours)
$300, Deposit - $150.00

2 Day wedding (48 hours)
$500, Deposit - $300

Additional decorating time
$25 per hour outside of the scheduled event time

Board members
rental fee is $75 with no deposit

Examples:
Friday rehearsal, Saturday wedding,
then reception = $500

Wedding reception only at the house = $300

Family reunions (mid morning until evening) = $200

Anniversary Reception (same as wedding) = $300

The Historic Allen House is an operating foundation, we work with community minded partners, volunteers and donors to keep the ongoing preservation of this historical landmark. We have no permanent endowment and we are a publicly supported 501(c)3 nonprofit that relies on support from sponsors, members, memorials and rentals. Every dollar raised is spent for the ongoing upkeep of this historic home.
